ემპირიული კვლევის მიზანს წარმოადგენს ორგანიზაციული სოციალიზაციის პროცესში პიროვნული მახასიათებლების – პერფექციონიზმისა და ასერტიულობის მნიშვნელობის განსაზღვრა. მიღებული შედეგების თანახმად, ორივე პიროვნული მახასიათებელი გარკვეულ როლს ასრულებს სოციალიზაციის პროცესში, კერძოდ: კონსტრუქციული (ჯანსაღი) პერფექციონიზმი წარმოადგენს ორგანიზაციული სოციალიზაციის ხელშემწყობ ფაქტორს, ხოლო დესტრუქციული (ნევროტული) – შემაფერხებელს; ქცევის ფორმა (პასიური, ასერტიული და აგრესიული) ასევე მნიშვნელოვან ფაქტორს წარმოადგენს: ორგანიზაციული სოციალიზაცია პოზიტიურად არის ასოცირებული ასერტიულ ქცევასთან; თუმცა, პასიური და აგრესიული ქცევის შემთხვევაში, მიმართებები სტატისტიკურად ერთმნიშვნელოვნად
ვერ განისაზღვრა.
