დეპრესიის და შფოთვის მოკლე კითხვარების ქართული ვერსიების ვალიდაცია

ანოტაცია
ამ სტატიაში დეპრესიის და შფოთვის მოკლე საზომების ქართულენოვანი ვერსიების ვალიდაციის მონაცემებია წარმოდგენილი. ეს ორი სკალა დამაკმაყოფილებელი ვალიდობითა და სანდოობით ხასიათდება, ფართოდ გამოიყენება ინგლისურ ენაზე და მრავალ ენაზეა თარგმნილი, თუმცა, GAD7-ის ვალიდაციის ანგარიშები შედარებით იშვიათია, ხოლო ეს კვლევა CESD-ის ბოსტონის ფორმის 10-დებულებიანი კითხვარის პირველი ვალიდაციაა ინგლისურისგან განსხვავებულ ენაზე. მონაცემები შეგროვდა 889 ქართველი ახალგაზრდა ზრდასრულის შერჩევით, რომლებმაც CESD-ის ბოსტონის ფორმის, GAD7-ის, ცხოვრებით კმაყოფილების და როზენბერგის თვითშეფასების კითხვარები შეავსეს. მონაცემების დამა- დასტურებელმა ფაქტორულმა ანალიზმა აჩვენა, რომ ერთფაქტორიანი გადაწყვეტა კარგ მორგებას აჩვენებს ორივე სკალისათვის. მრავალჯგუფიანმა ფაქტორულმა ანალიზმა ამ კითხვარების სულ მცირე, ნაწილობრივი კონფიგურული, მეტრიკული და სკალის ინვარიანტობა დაადასტურა. ორივე სკალის ქულებს მაღალი შინაგანი თანმიმდევრულობა ახასიათებს. CESD-ის ბოსტონის ფორმის და GAD7-ის დისკრიმინანტული ვალიდობა მათი ცხოვრების კმაყოფილების და თვითშეფასების უკვე ვალიდირებულ საზომებთან კორელაციებით გამოვთვალეთ. ვალიდირებული სკალები დაგვეხმარება საქართველოს ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის პროფესიონალებში არსებული კლინიკური შეფასების საჭიროების დაკმაყოფილებაში და მოდელად გამოდგება მსგავსი საჭიროებების მქონე სხვა საზოგადოებებისათვის.
