ფსიქოლოგიური მოუქნელობის კავშირი დეპრესიისა და აგრესიის მახასიათებლებთან

ანოტაცია

ფსიქოლოგიური მოუქნელობა, რომელიც მიღებისა და მოქმედების თერაპიის ძირეული კომპონენტია, ფსიქოპათოლოგიების განვითარების მთავარ ასპექტად მიიჩნევა. წინამდებარე ნაშრომი  მიზნად  ისახავს  ფსიქოლოგიურ  მოუქნელობასა  და  ადაპტაციაში  ხელისშემშლელ ისეთ  მდგომარეობებს  შორის  კავშირის  დადგენას,  როგორებიცაა  დეპრესია  და  აგრესია. კვლევა ჩატარდა ქართულ პოპულაციაზე. მასში მონაწილეობას იღებდა, 14-დან 16-წლამდე 157 მოზარდი თბილისის საჯარო სკოლებიდან. მათ შორის 81 იყო ვაჟი, ხოლო 76 გოგონა. კორელაციური ანალიზის შედეგად გამოვლინდა ძლიერი დადებითი კავშირი დეპრესიასა და ფსიქოლოგიური მოუქნელობას შორის (r=.68) ყველა ასაკობრივ და სქესობრივ ჯგუფში. ძლიერი დადებითი კავშირი გამოვლინდა აგრესიასა და ფსიქოლოგიურ მოუქნელობას შორის (r=.59). ამასთანავე, ფსიქოლოგიურ მოუქნელობას აქვს მედიატორის როლი დეპრესიასა და აგრესიას შორის არსებულ კავშირში. ფსიქოლოგიურ მოუქნელობას, დეპრესიასა და აგრესიას შორის არსებული  მიმართებების  დადგენა  საშუალებას  მოგვცემს  განვსაზღვროთ  ადაპტაციისთვის ხელისშემშლელი მდგომარეობების ძირეული ასპექტები და თერაპიული მეთოდების დანერგვით მოზარდებს დავეხმაროთ ემოციური დისრეგულაციების დაძლევაში.
